General Terms and Conditions - Laluz Logies
1. Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all reservations and agreements between Laluz Logies and the tenant. By making a reservation, the tenant agrees to these conditions.
2. Reservation and payment
A reservation is final after receipt of written confirmation and the agreed payment.
3. Cancellation
Cancellation of the reservation is not possible. After making the booking, the tenant is obliged to pay the full rental amount, regardless of whether the apartment is actually used or not.
4. Arrival and departure
Arrival time is from 16:00 and departure time is no later than 11:00 on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed. The tenant must leave the apartment clean and in good condition.
5. Use of the apartment
The apartment is intended for a maximum of the number of persons specified in the reservation. Smoking and pets are not allowed unless prior written permission has been given. The tenant is responsible for damage to the apartment and its inventory caused during the stay.
6. Aansprakelijkheid
Laluz Logies is not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal property of the tenant. Laluz Logies is also not responsible for any inconvenience, disruptions or circumstances beyond its control that may affect the stay.
7. Complaints
Any complaints should be reported to Laluz Logies immediately during your stay, so that a solution can be found quickly. Complaints submitted after departure may not be processed.
8. Overmacht
In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances that prevent the stay from being carried out or from being carried out properly, Laluz Logies is entitled to cancel the agreement without liability for compensation.
9. Applicable law
This agreement is governed by Belgian law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts.
